Step One. Reserve a car with your Virtuoso travel specialist. Step Two. At the Alamo facility, insert your Quicksilver® card or a pre-registered credit card listed on your Master Rental Agreement (see "How to Enroll") into the Quicksilver kiosk. Step Three. Follow the simple on-screen directions. Select from the available options by just touching the buttons on the screen. Step Four. Receive your printed contract, and proceed to your car at the Quicksilver ready line. After a quick verification of your driver's license, you're on your way. Alamo Quicksilver kiosks are accessible during all hours of normal operation and are available at most locations. As a Quicksilver customer you are also entitled to use the Silver Service counter, where specially trained Silver Service agents will be available to assist you personally. Alamo lets you return your car without losing time with its Express Return service. Agents will be waiting for you with hand-held computers to process your final bill curbside. At Alamo, we recognize our customers’ need for expedited service. That’s the idea behind Alamo Quicksilver service. Whether traveling for business or pleasure, your time is valuable and should not be spent in line. All you need to do is complete and submit a Master Rental Agreement. As a Virtuoso client, there’s no charge for enrollment. If your company has a corporate account with Alamo, be sure to provide your company name and Alamo Corporate ID Number when completing your enrollment form.
